Full-room makeovers built around how you actually live, layered with texture, warmth, and things with a story.
Space Planning
Furniture layouts that make small or awkward rooms feel generous and easy to move through.
Color & Materials
Considered palettes and finishes that age well and feel like you, not a passing trend.

About the studio
A small studio, on purpose.
Cozy Design started in 2016 as a one-room studio helping neighbors make small rental apartments feel like home. Almost a decade later, we're still a small team — five of us — and we still take on a handful of projects at a time so every one gets our full attention.
We don't chase a single look. What stays the same on every project is the question we start with: what would make this room hard to leave?
- Warmth over trend
- We design for how a room feels in ten years, not ten minutes on a feed.
- Vintage-first sourcing
- We hunt secondhand and local makers before we open a catalogue.
- Built to actually live in
- Kids, pets, and Tuesday nights are part of the brief, not an afterthought.
- Honest budgets
- You get a real number early, and we design inside it — no surprise line items.
Kind words
From people who live in the rooms.
“They turned our cold rental into the coziest room in the building. I didn't want guests to leave.”
“Our kitchen finally feels like the heart of the house, not just a place we pass through.”
“Every piece has a story now. Nothing feels like it came off a showroom floor.”
“They listened first and styled second. That's rarer than it should be.”
“Booked them to style our short-let, and bookings picked up almost immediately.”
“Honest about budget from day one, and the room still turned out better than I pictured.”
Often — it's where we started. We're used to designing around lease restrictions, shared walls, and furniture that has to fit through a narrow doorway.
